Order Processing

  • United States: All orders are processed within 2–4 working days from the date of placement.
  • Outside of U.S.: All orders are processed within 3–5 working days from the date of placement.

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a receipt number and complete information on tracking of the delivery service and progress.

Shipping Restrictions

United States Orders

There are currently no known restrictions for shipping within the U.S. All domestic orders are processed and delivered via UPS with standard shipping guidelines.

Orders Outside of the U.S.

We’re happy to ship internationally!

If ordering from outside the U.S., please review your country’s import regulations to ensure the items can be accepted.

Import rules vary by location, and customers are responsible for confirming compliance with local laws. Lifestream Group is not liable for orders that are delayed, detained, or rejected by customs, and we’re unable to reship or replace such orders.

Duties and Taxes

United States Orders

Good news! There are no customs duties or import taxes for domestic U.S. orders. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Orders Outside of the U.S.

Duties and taxes may be applied by your country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be settled directly with the local authorities before delivery can be completed.

Damages

Your order is considered fulfilled once the package is handed to the courier company. In the event an order is lost or damaged in transit, we will refer the issue to the Courier Company.

For damages, please provide a description, a photograph, and the delivery receipt to us.
